Title: Lead Product Manager

Essential Duties:

Essential duties are defined as the basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform. Carefully examine each job to determine which functions or tasks are essential to performance (i.e., Why does this position exist?).
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that incorporates market trends, customer feedback, and business priorities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute key product initiatives.
• Leverage data and customer insights to inform product development decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain a product backlog, ensuring that it is constantly refined and prioritized based on business value and strategic objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers on product-related issues.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, leading user research and testing programs to meet their needs and expectations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to a product management team, helping them succeed in their roles.

 

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in developing and launching successful products.
• Own the product roadmap from ideation to delivery and maintenance.
• Understand and document user workflows to optimize the service experience from the perspective of managers, employees, and their customers.
• Experience with leading competitive research, customer research, and survey methods.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience leading and managing a team of product managers.
• Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical complexity and tradeoffs. Must have a functional understanding of distributed systems from a back end, front end, and data perspective.
• Define Epic and User Stories requirements/acceptance criteria, both technical and non-technical.xx
• Partner with support and client success teams to evaluate customer requests and drive product success.
• Must be able to present and defend ideas to teammates and upper management alike.
• Must be able to travel up to 1 month per year to visit customers on-site.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• You have experience with one or more programming languages
• Thrive in a measurable OKR results-oriented organization
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with SQL, REST API
• Worked in the agile enterprise-scale software development
